Threadless Design

I have always wanted to submit a design to Threadless, but I've always been too busy, too tired and it never happened. Now that I am freelancing and working for myself, my drive has added pressure. Plus, it's fun mixing it up from paper goods! So, here she is, in all her glory! Please, Vote away, friends!

A few weeks ago I had this incredibly vivid dream: I was handed a smiling, giggling baby and the person who handed her to me told me this was my baby. I was shocked. I had forgot I had a baby! (I really don't have any kids in real life.) Of course, upon waking up, I went online to see what the internets had to say about this.

From Dream Moods: To see a baby in your dream signifies innocence, warmth and new beginnings. Babies symbolize something in your own inner nature that is pure, vulnerable, helpless and/or uncorrupted. If you dream that the baby is smiling at you, then it suggests that you are experiencing pure joy. You do not ask for much to make you happy. If you find a baby in your dream, then it suggests that you have acknowledged your hidden potential. If you dream that you forgot you had a baby, then it suggests that you are trying hide your own vulnerabilities; you do not want to let others know of your weaknesses. Alternatively, forgetting about a baby represents an aspect of yourself that you have abandoned or put aside due to life's changing circumstances.

I must admit, despite no longer having the safety net of a full time office job, vacation days, benefits, I am incredible happy. I feel like I am finally tapping into what I want to do with my life. Sure, I am not making as much money right now, but I am learning more about the tools I use everyday, improving my traditional skills, and making contacts. It will pay off, this is the risk I have taken. I have good people working besides me and support from family and friends.
